Case #735 | Rhinoplasty | Orlando, FL. This Orlando woman was bothered by a dorsal hump and large nose. She had wanted it fixed since she was in the 7th grade. Dr. Gross performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty with profile reduction, tip rotation, and tip refinement. Her after photo at one year shows a very nice profile and proper proportions. The outpatient procedure was performed in our Lake Mary surgery center which is accredited by AAAASF.
