Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 732

Case# 732. This 25-year-old Black woman from Orlando was bothered by a dorsal hump, droopy nasal tip and wide nostrils.  We performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty with profile reduction, osteotomies to narrow the nasal bridge, tip plasty for refinement and nostril reduction.  Her After photograph at one year shows a better profile, smaller nostrils, and tip refinement.  Surgery was performed in our outpatient surgery center in Lake Mary, FL with a 1 week recovery.
