Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 718

This 36 year old woman from Orlando was bothered by a droopy nose tip, dorsal hump and wide nostrils. Following cosmetic Rhinoplasty by Dr. Gross, her nose is natural and more feminine. Views are shown from front, side, and below. Her tip is lifted nicely and rotated. There is no visible scar with the Open approach rhinoplasty and it gives Dr. Gross the best visualization to achieve refined results. Her septum was deviated and corrected in surgery. Her breathing is now better as well.
