Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 501

Case #501 | Nose Surgery | Orlando. This 18-year-old college student from Orlando, FL visited Dr. Gross for a cosmetic rhinoplasty and felt her nose was too big for her face/ dorsal hump. She also had trouble breathing through the right side of her nose due to a deviated septum. A cosmetic nose job/rhinoplasty was performed, and her profile shows a smaller, more feminine nose profile. Tip de-projection was performed to bring her nasal tip closer to her face. Dr. Gross corrected her nasal septal deformity and reduced the turbinates to improve her airway and help her breathing. She is VERY happy.
