Case #433 | Rhinoplasty | Orlando, FL: This 22-year-old college student wanted a profile improvement and his tip and nostrils thinned. Tip plasty, osteotomies, and nostril narrowing were performed by Dr. Edward Gross at our surgery center in Lake Mary, FL. After photo taken at 3 months post-op shows a nice improvement in all areas. He's very pleased with his new look!
