Case #416 | Rhinoplasty | Orlando, FL: This patient consulted for a dorsal hump on her nose, a drooping tip, and a hanging columella. Cosmetic rhinoplasty with a tip plasty and profile reduction was performed in our outpatient surgery center in Lake Mary, FL. Her columella was raised as well. Results at 1 year show a very smooth nose profile. Her breathing has also improved, and she's very pleased.
