Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 368

Case #368 | Rhinoplasty. This Orlando patient had wanted a nose job her entire adult life. She did not like the dorsal hump on her nose and the tip which drooped downward. She met with Dr. Gross and liked the outcome he showed her on the Computer Imager. Dr. Gross performed reduction rhinoplasty (nose job) and made her nose smaller in all dimensions, including the nostrils. The tip plasty resulted in the needed de-projection and upward rotation of her nasal tip (tip plasty). The after photo was taken at 1 year. She's very happy!
