Case #219 | Rhinoplasty: She was bothered by a pointy nose tip and flaring nostrils. The nasal tip was reduced with tip plasty, and the nostrils were shortened for more symmetry. The incision is hidden and there are no visible lines or scars. Results at 1 month are pleasing.
