Rhinoplasty: This young woman from Orlando had been bothered by a round/ bulbous nasal tip from a young age. This is a common condition called a bulbous tip, and it may actually enlarge and droop over time if not treated. Dr. Gross thinned the tip of her nose with rhinoplasty and tip plasty.
