Case# 208 | Rhinoplasty | Nose job | Orlando: Dr. Gross shaved down the dorsal hump on the nose bridge and lifted her tip. Her nose now has a natural appearance and is more feminine. Osteotomies and tip plasty were performed through an open-approach procedure.  There is no visible scar.
