Rhinoplasty in Orlando: Before and after pictures of a rhinoplasty procedure for a large dorsal hump on the bridge by specialized facial plastic surgeon Dr. Edward J. Gross at Primera Plastic Surgery. Open approach was used and there is no visible scar. Nostrils were narrowed as well.
~ Medial and Lateral Crural Overlay techniques were used to shorten, de-project the nose, and rotate the tip upward.
