Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1053

This teenaged patient had a deviated septum and a high radix, known commonly as a Roman nose. Her nose was always stuffy, so she usually breathed through her mouth. She consulted with Dr. Gross in our Lake Mary, FL, office for a breathing improvement rhinoplasty. 

During surgery, Dr. Gross shaved down the small bump high on the bridge of her nose and repaired her deviated septum with osteotomies. He straightened and narrowed her dorsum and thinned out her nasal tip, giving her nose a smaller, straighter, and more feminine appearance. 

Post-procedure, she's very happy with her new look and her breathing is so much better!
