Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1037

This 29-year-old woman had a deviated septum and disliked the large dorsal hump on her nose. The drooping nasal tip also bothered her, so she sought out Dr. Gross for a rhinoplasty consultation in our Lake Mary, FL, office. 

During her surgery, Dr. Gross shaved down the large bump and narrowed the dorsum. For the tip of her nose, he straightened and narrowed it, also giving it a slight upward slant so it no longer droops. Her profile has significantly changed for the better, and she feels much more confident!
