Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1024

This college student disliked the bump on her nose, known as a dorsal hump. She had tried a "liquid rhinoplasty" in the past with dermal fillers, but she was ready for a permanent solution. She consulted with Dr. Gross is our Lake Mary, FL, office for a rhinoplasty, and the computer imaging used during that consultation helped a great deal. With those images, she was able to see a mock-up of potential results for herself.

During the procedure, Dr. Gross used osteotomies to straighten the dorsum. He shaved down the dorsal hump and decreased the tip projection (bringing the nasal tip closer to her face). The tip of her nose now points upward instead of down, and the length of her nose has a feminine, concave slope. She's so pleased with her new look and is glad she put her trust in Dr. Gross's expert hands!
