Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1021

This 48-year-old woman felt her nose and nostrils were too wide. She consulted with Dr. Edward Gross in our Lake Mary, FL, office regarding a rhinoplasty. The computer imaging Dr. Gross used during her consultation really helped her to visualize her potential outcome. During surgery, Dr. Gross narrowed her nasal tip and rotated it upward. Most noticeably, he repositioned her nostrils, bringing them closer in. Her deviated septum was also repaired with a septoplasty, which improved her breathing.
