Revision Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 908

This 37 year old Hispanic man from Orlando/ Kissimmee FL had a crooked nose with a large dorsal hump. His breathing was blocked and had a history of prior injury. Dr Gross shaved down the dorsal hump, corrected his septal deviation and straightened his nose. He required cartilage grafting due to boxing injuries. The turbinates were cauterized to open breathing passages. Now it looks better and he can breathe on both sides.
