Revision Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 793

Case #793 | Revision Rhinoplasty | Orlando, FL: This 49-year-old woman was in a car wreck during her youth which severely injured her nose. She received emergency surgery following the accident, but her nose grew back crooked with a pronounced bump. She was bothered by her dorsal hump, uneven nostrils, and the fact that her nose leaned to one side. Dr. Gross performed a revision rhinoplasty with a tip plasty, bridge reduction, bridge narrowing, and bridge straightening. She now has a proportionate, straightened nose with an upturned nasal tip.
