Revision Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 783

Case# 783. Revision rhinoplasty, Orlando Florida.  This 35-year-old businessman from Orlando had sustained prior nose trauma and underwent septorhinoplasty at another location.  He then developed breathing obstruction, nasal valve collapse and septal deviation on his left side.  The before picture designates the septal deviation with arrows.  Dr. Gross performed revision rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting and septal repositioning through the open approach.  His after view demonstrates a midline septum, columella and symmetrical nostrils with no visible scar.  He can breathe much better now.  Dr. Gross uses his dual board certifications to achieve aesthetic and functional improvement in reconstructive rhinoplasty.
