Revision Rhinoplasty: This patient suffered from a "polly beak" deformity from a previous rhinoplasty. Dr. Gross performed a revision rhinoplasty where he thinned the tip, reduced the tip projection, and built up the bridge of the nose with a dorsal implant. Note the better balance between the top and bottom of the nose in her after photo.
