Trina had a prior rhinoplasty in West Virginia and was left with an hour-glass deformity of the bridge. Notice the wideness of her bridge in her before photo. Dr. Gross consulted with her in our Orlando office and performed osteotomies during a Revision Rhinoplasty, which allow for narrowing of the bridge area.
