Revision Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1049

This young woman disliked her results from a previous rhinoplasty she had done elsewhere. She felt that her nose looked too long and pointed, with a drooping nasal tip and hanging columella. She consulted with Dr. Gross in our Lake Mary, FL, office, where Dr. Gross did a thorough examination of her nose. Computer imaging that gave a mockup of projected results really helped her get an idea of what a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Gross could offer.

During her surgery, Dr. Gross shortened her nose and repaired her deviated septum. He narrowed her enlarged nostrils, making them much more proportionate. Now, her nose matches the feminine contours of her face, and her breathing is so much better!
