Case #791 | Mini lift | Neck Lift | Chin Implant | Orlando, FL: This 62 year-old Winter Park woman was bothered by lax skin on her lower face and neck. She also disliked her weak chin profile. Dr. Gross performed a mini lift and neck lift to tighten the skin and underlying SMAS muscles, giving her a more youthful appearance and defined jawline. A chin implant (Implantech, Conform Extended Anatomical- Medium) helped to balance out her facial features.
* Because Dr. Gross tightens the SMAS and Platysma muscles, the results are longer lasting and look more natural (than a skin-only facelift).
