Chin & Cheek Implant Before & After Case 428

Case #428 | Rhinoplasty | Chin Implant | Orlando: This graduate student was bothered by her nose profile, dorsal hump and weak/ recessed chin (microgenia). Her breathing was clear and there had been no trauma to her nose. An open approach rhinoplasty w/ tip plasty, dorsal hump reduction, and tip de-projection were done to achieve these results. A medium chin implant (Implantech Curvilinear Extended Anantomical) was placed through a submental incision. There are no scerws, plates or wires to fixate the implant. After photo is shown at 3 months post-op, and she's very happy. Her profile and facial harmony have been improved.
