Buccal Fat Removal | This 33-year-old Orlando man was bothered by excess fullness in his cheeks. Dr. Gross performed a Buccal Fat Extraction, removing the fat pads inside of the cheeks (Bichat's fat pad), to give his face a more streamlined, chiseled appearance.
