This 67-year-old black woman from Orlando, FL was bothered by a droopy jawline and lower eyelids. Dr. Gross performed a mini lift and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. The SMAS muscle and platysma corset platysmaplasty were done to lift the cheeks and tighten the neck. A skin-muscle flap (SMF) technique was done to correct the lower eyelid areas. Her results are natural and no visible scars are seen.
