Case Details
Blepharochalasis (excess fat under the eyes) bothered her for many years and made her look tired. Dr. Gross performed a lower blepharoplasty with the SMF (skin-muscle flap technique). The lower lid is supported by the orbicularis muscle and has a smooth look. Recovery was 1 week and dissolving sutures were used. (Dysport was used to help crow's feet as well.)
