Case Details
Dr. Gross performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty, neck lift, and face lift using the SMAS plication technique, which tightens the muscles of the face. This allows for a more natural and longer lasting result. Notice the banding in her neck in the before picture which has been eliminated in the after picture. Dr. Gross also tightens the platysma muscle in the neck to achieve these results.
