RADIESSE With a Facial Plastic Surgery Specialist
A special treatment in more than one aspect, RADIESSE is made of extremely small calcium microspheres suspended in a water-based gel. As Dr. Gross injects RADIESSE, the microspheres form a platform beneath the skin, stimulating collagen production and encouraging tissue growth in the injection area. Dr. Gross can complete treatments in as little as a few minutes.
Dr. Gross mixes RADIESSE with a local anesthetic called lidocaine. As a result, most patients experience little or no discomfort. However, Dr. Gross can also apply topical numbing cream if necessary. He often massages the treated area to ensure even results.
Dr. Gross may use a combination of fillers to maximize the results for each individual. These may include JUVÉDERM® or Restylane®. For many Orlando men and women, RADIESSE can also complement wrinkle-reducing treatments such as BOTOX® Cosmetic.
RADIESSE Treatment Cost
At Primera Plastic Surgery near Orlando, the cost for RADIESSE is $525 for a .8 ml syringe and $775 for a 1.5 ml syringe. The total treatment cost varies with patient needs and desired results. During your consultation, Dr. Gross will give you a quote that reflects your specific needs and desired results.
A Smooth Recovery
RADIESSE is a simple, non-surgical treatment that requires no downtime. Results can last as long as 1 to 2 years.
Many patients experience bruising, swelling, stinging, or redness as a result of their RADIESSE treatment. You may feel some tenderness for a few days after your injection. All of these potential side effects are temporary.
"I like RADIESSE for adding volume to the high cheekbone areas and under the eyes (tear troughs), and building the deeper nasolabial folds and jawline."
