At our Orlando practice, non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatments are increasingly popular among both women and men. Patients who want to refresh their overall appearance without the downtime associated with facial plastic surgery can benefit from a customized combination of non-surgical treatments, such as Ultherapy®, dermal fillers, and BOTOX® Cosmetic we call the Primera Lift.
To find out if you're a good candidate for a non-surgical facelift, request a consultation using the online form, or call our office at (407) 333-3040 to schedule an appointment.
Individual results may vary.
This 57-year-old woman wanted to brighten her appearance and firm her cheeks and neck. Restylane® was used to lift the cheeks and add volume, Ultherapy to tighten the jawline, and BOTOX for facial lines. The results shown here are 2 months after the procedure. There was no downtime.
Dr. Gross and his certified physician assistant Eileen take pride in recommending the most appropriate treatment approach based on a personal examination of each patient and conversations about their short-term and long-term aesthetic goals. Patients trust our experience and judgment when we create a treatment plan designed to meet those goals. In some cases, patients who think they need facial plastic surgery to get the desired results may be better off undergoing non-surgical treatments that don't require downtime.
Non-surgical facial rejuvenation can address a range of cosmetic concerns, either in a single procedure or over the period of a couple of months — depending on the specific treatments. Treatment options include:
Our customized Primera Lift, developed several years ago by Dr. Gross, produces a rejuvenated, younger look without the downtime or cost of surgery. He and Eileen are proud to offer patients this exciting alternative to surgical facelifts.
Eileen is a certified physician assistant who has been practicing since 2011. She specializes in performing injectable and laser skin treatments, and creating personalized skin care regimens.
Many cosmetic physicians without the experience and training of Dr. Gross or Eileen offer combination treatments that they call non-surgical facelifts. Our practitioners have detailed knowledge of facial anatomy and a clear understanding of how different treatments interact with each other. For example, a patient who combines BOTOX and filler injections may also benefit from an Ultherapy skin tightening treatment, but we recommend waiting 2 to 4 weeks to allow any swelling or bruising from the injections to subside.
One of the most important jobs of a facial aesthetic specialist is recognizing when patients concerned about signs of aging won't really benefit from a non-surgical approach. Dr. Gross and Eileen honestly assess each patient's specific condition and may suggest a mini facelift for men or women whose skin may be too lax to respond well to non-surgical skin tightening.
One of the primary benefits of undergoing non-surgical facial rejuvenation, such as the Primera Lift, is that patients can refresh their appearances without the downtime associated with surgery. The nature of recovery following a non-surgical facelift depends on the customized treatments used by Dr. Gross or Eileen. If Ultherapy is part of the procedure, most patients will take the remainder of the day off from work.
During your consultation, we will discuss exactly what to expect, after deciding on the treatments that will help you meet your cosmetic goals.
