Endoscopic Forehead Lift With a Facial Plastic Surgery Specialist

Dr. Gross uses absorbable mini-plates called Endotines® to support the forehead lift during endoscopic surgery. He performs this procedure via tiny hidden incisions in the scalp that are not visible and heal rapidly. The mini-plates dissolve in 4 to 6 months, but the new brow position can last for 10 years or more.

Because this procedure affects the eyebrows, Dr. Gross often performs it in conjunction with upper eyelid surgery to achieve optimal results. He often uses computer imaging to preview your potential results before any procedures. The best candidates for the endoscopic forehead lift must have a BMI below 30.

Patients with more advanced facial aging may benefit more from a direct brow lift procedure than this less invasive endoscopic option.

“An endoscopic procedure offers the advantages of minimal incisions and a quicker recovery while posing a reduced risk of scarring, bleeding, and hair loss.”
– Dr. Gross
