Case Details
Notice the sharp edges and bumpy, crooked tip in her Before photo. This is a result of over-aggressive cartilage removal (during her first Nose Job) , leaving an operated and disfigured nose tip. Dr. Gross performed complex Revision Rhinoplasty using cartilage grafting techniques to reconstruct her nose. Her After photo ( 3 months) shows a normal smooth nasal tip , which is pleasing. Tip plasty was performed. Christa is very happy she found Dr. Gross.
