Case #234. This 80-year-old Orlando woman had skin cancer removed from her nose. Dr. Gross performed reconstructive rhinoplasty with skin grafting to correct her skin cancer defect, remove the hump, and lift the nasal tip. The hanging septum was corrected as well. She was very happy with her result, and age was not a factor.
