I don't know where to begin setting to words my surgical experience. From the first visit to the office, I felt confident that I had found the right surgeon. Dr. Gross were referred to me a few years ago, before the reality had set in that I would actually go through any facial enhancement.

One of the concerns that I had was the time crunch of my daughter's wedding, which was seven weeks from the surgery. I had a lot of anxiety concerning the recovery time, and was very brave (or crazy) to schedule surgery that close. I had several procedures done at the same time and was especially worried about the laser surgery on my skin.

It all worked out great. I had so many compliments on my appearance, and no one was the wiser. I looked 10 years younger! How do you thank someone who has made you look 10 years younger?

The recover play I followed put me back into service very quickly. I felt it was crucial to follow the post-op care to the T. I also am amazed at not being able to see any scars. AMAZING!

I also want to compliment your staff for their fine job, as well.

I am extremely pleased with the results of my eye lid (upper and lower) surgery. since this was my first experience under the knife - I was very nervous. However, I was quickly put at ease by Dr. Gross and his staff. I especially want to thank Christina. She is a true professional who cares for her patient. Dear Dr. Gross,

As you know I was very hesitant; waiting almost 10 years since my last attempt at rhinoplasty, because of the intense pain and poor service from my prior Surgeon in Tennessee. When you originally told me the the pain would be "3 out of 10", I was extremely skeptical. I am now a convert and would hope that anyone hesitant doing a revision or a new rhinoplasty because of the pain or poor service, seriously consider you as their Surgeon.

I also wanted to let you know that my experience with you and your support staff has been excellent and I was very happy to see that throughout the entire process that the quality service remained.

My tip to plastic surgery:

Be prepared before your surgery by taking care of your eating and drinking habits. Drink plenty of water and relaxing in the weeks before your surgery.

Buy everything on your pre-op list and your prescriptions well in advance of your surgery date. Your pharmacy may not have your prescription needs and may need time to obtain your drugs.

I followed all the information supplied by Dr. Gross and I had no pain and the bruising was gone within two weeks, when I returned to work.

Some friends and co-workers wanted to know where I went on vacation because I looked great and well rested. Of course I didn't tell...but I will tell you...THIS WAS THE BEST VACATION EVER! This is one vacation that will last for years to come.

I can't thank Dr. Gross enough or tell him enough about how happy I am. He truly is the best plastic surgeon.

I must tell you his staff will make you feel like family.
