Edward Gross, M.D. - Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Gross graduated with honors from the University of Miami, where he also received his doctor of medicine degree in 1989, before continuing his surgical residency in Boston at Tufts University and Boston University.

He has been recognized by the Florida Medical Association as a "Distinguished Physician Who Cares," is past president of the Seminole County Medical Society and is a physician mentor for Seminole County high school students.

He is a member of the Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery's Face to Face program, an outreach to victims of domestic violence who have suffered facial scars and other injuries.

Cindy Nester - Receptionist Welcome! My name is Cindy Nester, and I am the "smiling face" that will greet you at Dr.Gross' office and put you at ease because I am confident that you have come to the BEST (voted #1 in Orlando) plastic surgeon in Florida. As Dr. Gross' receptionist my utmost goal is unforgettable customer service, and because all of us feel the same way, your experience here will be everything for which you had hoped.

I have been in the medical field for 30 years, working in plastic surgery, neurology, and urology. I grew up in South Florida, and I have the sun damage to prove it! (Remember the baby oil?) I am the 'senior' of the group with 8 grandchildren. They are my favorite past time along with reading, traveling and the great outdoors!

I was thrilled when I was offered the opportunity to work with Dr. Gross. Collette Holmquist - Asst. Cosmetic Coordinator My name is Collette Holmquist, and I have been in the beauty industry for 8 years. I enjoy shopping and spending time with my two daughters, Breana 13 and Josie 11. I love helping people enhance their personal beauty and style.

I have now transitioned into the role of Assistant Cosmetic Coordinator for Primera Plastic Surgery. I assist Dr. Gross, and James Freeman, with patient care for all new consultations seeking surgery with Dr. Gross.

Denise Blain - Administrator Hello! My name is Denise Blain and I am the Administrator and Marketing Manager at Primera. I am a native Floridian...which I know is rare! Raised in south Florida, I moved from West Palm Beach to Orlando in 1998. I graduated from the University of Central Florida where I received my BA degree.

My professional background is in marketing, consulting and management within the cosmetic medical industry. I had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Gross, and most of the Primera family, for about a year and a half before joining the practice. I am now thrilled to be part of this amazing team! I hope to help every person feel the best they can, as well as trust that they are in expert hands with Dr. Gross, and our staff.

James Freeman - Cosmetic Coordinator Hello, my name is James Freeman. I am the Cosmetic Coordinator for Dr. Gross. My role is to make your experience from initial contact and subsequent visits to our office as smooth and pleasurable as possible.

I love my job and I take great pleasure in my intricate role in making people happy.

Having originated from the mountains of Kentucky and attended nursing school there, I moved to Florida to begin my career in medicine. I worked for South Seminole at the West Lake Hospital for my first 2 years as a psychiatric nurse on their Intensive Psychiatric Unit.

I then accepted a great position at Florida Hospital South in the Adolescent Psychiatric Unit working with troubled teenagers. I played a vital role in developing many programs for the unit and had 12 rewarding years working with kids. I then transitioned to cardiology, taking a position at Florida Hospital South. Florida Hospital is nationally known for its high-level cardiac care, of which I wanted to be a part.

After approximately 3 years, I was offered a position in the office of one of Orlando's leading interventional, nationally-recognized cardiologist, Dr. Pradip Jamnadas. I worked with Dr. Jamnadas as his clinical coordinator for approximately 4 years.

Before joining his office as an employee, I had known Dr. Gross and his wife for several years and have always been impressed by his kindness and genuine concern for others. It came as no surprise to learn that he was also a talented, and artistic, surgeon.

I have been with the office of Dr. Gross since 2004 and am truly happy here. Our office is fun, upbeat and it is a pleasure to come to work each day. The professionalism is awesome. Meeting Dr. Gross and his staff will be an exciting and pleasurable experience. I look forward to meeting you soon.

Michelle Serra - Clinical Nurse Hi! My name is Michelle Serra. I am the Clinical Nurse for Primera Plastic Surgery Center. I recently moved to Orlando, Florida from Charleston, SC where I worked as a Medical Assistant and Medical Aesthetician.

I graduated from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC (my hometown) with my BA. I then furthered my education by obtaining my state certification as a Licensed Esthetician.

I have been trained in Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Chemical Peels, assisting in surgeries, and other aesthetic procedures.

I am very happy to be here and look forward to helping each and everyone you obtain your aesthetic goals!

Becky Blose - Certified Surgical Technician Hello! I'm Becky Blose, and I am the Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) at Primera Plastic Surgery. My responsibility includes carefully assisting Dr. Gross during surgeries. I am a Certified through the Association of Surgical Technologists.

I am a Florida native and have been a CST for several years. I strive to treat all patients with compassion and respect. Along with Dr. Gross, I commit to providing you with excellent care before, during and after your procedure.

I love my profession and I sincerely enjoy helping others. Therefore, being a CST, and helping Dr. Gross achieve patient's aesthetic goals, is truly an enjoyable experience. Additionally, I enjoy spending time with family and look forward to meeting and welcoming you to the Primera family.

Debbie Safra - Aesthetician Hello my name is Debbie Safra a licensed Aesthetician since 1997. Over the years I have received advanced medical aesthetic training with Dr Zein Obagi, La Roche Posay Bio Medic, Advanced Aesthetics Lasers, Epicuren Discovery, and SkinCeuticals, amongst many other pharmaceutical and spa treatment lines. In 2007 I took a national 1200 hour exam as a personal step forward to help raise the educational standards of the skin care industry to become a National Certified Aesthetician, along with a subject matter expert (SME) with the NCEA (National Coalition of Estheticians). My promise as a National Certified Aesthetican is to educate the public and serve the best interest of patients at all times and to provide the highest quality service, along with giving patients clear and realistic goals and outcomes by not making false claims regarding potential benefits of the services rendered or products recommended.

As a lecturer and author I have written published articles relating to skin health and sun damage. I volunteer my time with the American Cancer Society's "Look Good...Feel Better" program. I am also a member of the Society of Dermatology Skin Care Specialist, The American Dietetics Association, and the Institute of Food Technology. My leisure time is spent raising my daughter, playing tennis, movies, and reading.

Suzanne Gory - Hair Colorist & Stylist Hello! My name is Suzanne Gory. I have been a stylist for 9 years and am truly passionate about my work. I specialize in all aspects of cutting, hair color and color correction. My ultimate goal is to maintain the integrity of your hair while achieving the most current and customized look. I have had specialized training in NYC, Boston, Providence and Orlando. The product lines I have trained with include Redken, Bumble and Bumble, Minardi, Goldwell, TiGi, Matrix, Aveda and Schwarzkopf. I hope to see you at Primera Salon soon!

Kelly Milburn - R.N. Hello! My name is Kelly Milburn. I am the surgical nurse at Primera Plastic Surgery. I assist Dr. Gross in the surgical suite by admitting and recovering patients. I have been a registered nurse for over twenty years and have specialized primarily in the areas of cardiology and critical care nursing.

Patient advocacy, and excellent nursing care, have always been a priority to me. I am honored to work with Dr. Gross as he is an exceptional surgeon and person. The team at Primera Plastic Surgery bond with every individual that comes through our doors. Doug Deszell - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthtetist Hello. My name is Doug Deszell. I am an Anesthetist at the Primera Plastic Surgery Center.

My job is to ensure that during your surgery you will be safe, comfortable and completely asleep while under the anesthetic. I will remain with you throughout your surgery, monitoring vital signs and titrating the anesthesia making certain that all goes well.

I have been a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist since 1983. I attended St. Vincent Hospital School of Anesthesia for Nurses in Toledo, Ohio. I am a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Over 15 of my 25+ years of working as an Anesthesia NP have been devoted exclusively to working with Plastic Surgery Patients who are having office surgery. When not doing Plastic Surgery, I have done anesthesia for most other types of surgery which included Open Heart, Neuro, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Robotic Assisted, Urology, Major Vascular, Endoscopy and most other Inpatient and Outpatient Surgeries.

It is a pleasure to work at the Primera Plastic Surgery Center. Everything here is so organized and runs very smooth.

Nicole Taylor - Aesthetician Hello everyone, my name is Nicki Taylor and I am pleased to be the new medical aesthetician here at Primera Day Spa. I was born and raised in West Palm Beach and moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida. In 2005, I graduated with a Liberal Studies Degree in Communications, Hospitality, and Marketing.

After college, I couldn't seem to find my niche in the working world. I wanted to be able to work with people and take into consideration my passion for skin care. I took my interests to a position at Lancome only to find out the skin problems and concerns people had went far beyond what I had imagined. I then made the life-changing decision to go back to school to pursue my passion for skin care while at the same time helping people.

In 2007, I attended the Paul Mitchell School for an extensive course in skin care. After the first week, I knew this was the profession for me. Towards the end of the course, I did not want my education to end, so I continued on after receiving my aesthetics license to attend the Orlando Institute for electrolysis and laser hair removal education. With many hours of extended education and experience in electrolysis, laser hair removal, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other aesthetic practices, I am fully confident to move on with my career here at Primera Day Spa.
