We are celebrating the opening and accreditation of Primera Surgery Center. The build out of Primera Surgery Center achieves our goal of having a fully licensed and accredited AAAASF surgical facility on site. Primera Day Spa

Primera day spa is getting a new look that looks very old. Faux painter Ruth Garry, one of Orlando's leading Faux painters, has transformed the walls of the spa to an old Venetian look and textured feel.

Ruth has been a long time patient of Dr. Gross due to an accident in 2002. She sustained severe facial lacerations after falling through a plate glass window and required extensive reconstructive surgery by Dr. Gross. "I thought I would be disfigured for life, but Dr. Gross saved my face," says Ruth "He is a wonderful surgeon who cares a lot about his patients."

Ruth benefited from Dr. Gross' passion as a plastic surgeon, his laser experience, and his commitment to help others. Primera Day Spa similarly benefited from Ruth's work as a painter and passionate artist.
